I had reviewed the Wet n Wild Photo Focus Foundation a few days ago and today I’m going to review the concealer from the same range. Let’s find out how it fared.

My Experience with Wet n Wild Photo Focus Concealer:

Wet n Wild Photo Focus Concealer comes in a clear tube with a black cap and it also has an outer paper box that contains some information about it. It also has a nice, long wand with a sponge applicator that works smoothly. It picks up a good amount of the product at once. It is a nice, small and safe packaging.

In India, this concealer is available in just three shades, which is definitely a limited shade range for the Indian skin tones. I picked up the shade ‘Medium Tawny’ and it is the perfect match for medium tanned skin tones. The shade is exactly the same match for my skin tone. The shade looks a bit dark in the tube but suits my skin tone quite well.

Since this is my perfect match I use it to hide my dark circles and spots. But, the range should offer darker shades for dusky beauties. This shade is well pigmented and offers medium coverage that hides dark circles, pimples, spots and other skin imperfections. You can build up the coverage a bit more too. It effectively cancels out the redness or darkness around the nose and mouth areas.

I am so in love with its coverage as it looks so natural and I can go out only with this concealer one. But you might need a color corrector underneath if your dark circles are very prominent. Otherwise, it provides good coverage for normal skin.

This concealer has a soft and creamy texture that blends well on the skin and looks extremely natural. I can easily blend the product with a brush, a sponge or even with my fingers. It blends effortlessly on the skin and feels very light. The product has a non-greasy, soft and smooth finish, hence it actually makes the skin look flawless.

The concealer doesn’t feel patchy or dry hence it hydrates the skin well, which is a good property for winters. It makes my under eye area look instantly healthy and keeps the skin oil-free too. Over-blending of this formula makes it rather sheer, so just dab the product lightly to blend in order to achieve the perfect finish.

The concealer doesn’t leave any white cast on the skin and it is safe for photography too, just like the brand claims. The lasting power is pretty good as well and it keeps the skin fresh too. It stays around 6 hours easily and then it starts to look faded but it never settles into the fine lines or crease.

I have to use a setting powder on my eyelids to prevent creasing but this is a common issue with all concealers. Otherwise, it acts as a strong base for any makeup and it easily adjusts to all types of foundations. It also suits my sensitive skin well and has never broken me out.

Overall, I love this concealer as it provides good coverage and looks extremely natural on the skin with its flawless finish. This concealer provides more coverage than Maybelline Fit Me Concealer but is a bit drier than Fit Me and doesn’t last as long either. My only issue is that Wet n Wild doesn’t offer a good shade range in India. Otherwise, this is a nice, affordable concealer that works for all skin types.
